All visitors are required to register for the site in order to access it. A user name and password will be created by new users after completing the demographic screener. No identifying information is collected during the registration process. If you forget your username and/or password, you can click on the “forgot password” button to have a temporary new one sent to you.

Demographic Screener Data Collection

All new users are required to complete a demographic screener prior to accessing the site for the first time. All data collected will be submitted for analysis as part of a breast cancer study and will not collect identifiable information.
